(1)The Director or any member of the Force authorised by him in this behalf may enter any building, warehouse, workshop, cinema halls or place for purpose of any enquiry under this Act, and for determining whether any inflammable articles are stored illegally, whether precautions against fire required to be taken on such place have been so taken.
