1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the National Medical Commission (Manner of Appointment and Nomination of Members, their Salary, Allowances and Terms and Conditions of Service, and Declaration of Assets, Professional and Commercial Engagements) Rules, 2019.(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
