211. Securing of goods in open goods carriage.
(1)Goods transported in an open goods carriage shall be properly secured within the body of such vehicle in such a manner so as to prevent the goods from falling from such vehicle.(2)Any loose material, transported, in an open goods carriage, shall be so covered and secured by the tarpaulin that there shall not be emitted therefrom any loose particulars, the omission of which might cause, damage, injury, or annoyance to the public or any person, or danger or injury, to property of the public or any person.
