Section 55(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)No employee shall, except with the prior sanction of the Competent Authority, have recourse to any Court or to the press, for the vindication of any official act which has been the subject matter of adverse criticism or an attack of a defamatory character.
