Section 3(4)(a) in The M.P. Bhumi Sudhar Yojana Adhiniyam, 1967

(a)The State Government, may, from time to time, on the recommendation of the Board, appoint not more than two persons whose assistance or advice the Board may desire in carrying out any of the provisions of this Act to associate themselves with the Board in such manner, for such purposes and for such period as the State Government may, by order specify.
