Section 35(10)(i) in The Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009

(i)Where the proposed compromise or arrangement is agreed to, with or without modification, as provided in sub-section (2) of section 60, the limited liability partnership, or its Liquidator, as the case may be, shall, within seven days of the filing of the report by the chairman, present a petition to the Tribunal for confirmation of the compromise or arrangement:
