Section 212(1) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(1)Short title and commencement. - (i) These Rules may be called the Special Marriage Act Rules, 1955. [G.L. 1/58.](ii)The Rules shall come into force on the date of publication1 in the Bihar Gazette.
