1 The learned counsel appearing for the
third respondent has handed over a cheque drawn in favour of the petitioner in the sum of Rs.8,70,000/- which represents the amount payable at the rate of Rs.30,000/- pm inclusive upto March 2019. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the said respondent will file an undertaking on oath stating that a clear open pathway having width of 6 meters will be maintained from the entry point 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 05/04/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 05/04/2019 22:22:40 ::: 2 wp-1384.17.docx upto the shop of the petitioner. Our attention is invited to sketch at Exh.'S' at page 137. Such undertaking on oath be filed along with proper sketch drawn as per scale and photographs. For considering the said affidavit, place the petition under the caption of directions on 10th April 2019.
