2 11-06-2014Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
In this case petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 15 of 2014 registered u/s 420, 467, 472, 473, 475, 476, 255, 258 and 259 IPC.
In this case allegation has been made Police raided the shop of Raju Sah and Rajiv Sah and found both the shops having fake and forged voter car d, seal of Election Commission, identity card, printer, computer etc. Petitioner is not the owner of the shop, rather he is a servant and act s on the direction of his master. Petitioner is in custody since 24th March 2014.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner Motilal Murmu @ Motilal Mumi be released on bail on Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19799 of 2014 (2) dt.11-06-2014 2/2 his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Jamui in Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 15 of 2014, subject to the condition petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the proceedings of the court and if he would fail to co-operate in the proceeding of the court and will remain absent for two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court will pass appropriate order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
