(a)the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953 (Bombay Act 40 of 1953), as in force in the [Belgaum Area] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.] shall stand repealed;
