Put up on 9.7.2013 before the appropriate Bench to enable the learned Standing counsel to obtain instructions from the District Magistrate, Bareilly by FAX about the nature of construction going on on the alleged cremation ground. The District Magistrate will personally inspect the spot and send written instructions about (i) whether the land is a cremation ground, (ii) the nature of construction, (iii) who is getting the constructions made, and (iv) whether the plan of the construction has been got sanctioned from the competent authority.
