15. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may Suo-motu or on a petition, by general or specific order, makes such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or the Regulation of Central Commission as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
