Section 55 in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
55. Application of rules to all renewals.
(1)These rules shall apply to the renewal of the leases granted or renewed before the commencement of these rules, as they apply in relation to renewal of mining lease granted after such commencement.(2)Where Rent-Cum-Royalty-Leases have been granted before the commencement of these rules they shall be converted to quarry licences as per provisions of these rules.
