6. Channel of correspondence.

- The Secretary and subject to his control, the Deputy Secretary and Assistant Secretary shall carry out all correspondence on behalf of the Board.All correspondence emanating from the Board shall be in the name of the Secretary and all correspondences with the Board shall be addressed to the Secretary.
