Section 66(1)(b) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017

(b)that, the licensee himself or in collusion with other lisensee(s) commits any act or obtains from carrying on his normal business in the market with intention to willfully obstruct, suspend or stop the marketing of notified agricultural produce in any type of market and in consequence whereof, the marketing of notified agricultural produce has been obstructed, suspended or stopped;
