- The [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957)] or any person who has made a claim under this Act, may appoint any person to appear, plead act on its or his behalf before the Forest Settlement Officer or the Appellate Officer or Court, in the course of any inquiry or appeal under this Act.
