Section 1 in The Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules, 2011
1. Short title, applicability, commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules, 2011.(2)They shall apply to all Village Panchayats in the State.(3)They shall come into force at once.
