Section 1 in The Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force on 1.1.2001.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
