(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, or any other enactment for the time being in force, or not more than ten days in a year on festive or special occasions, the [State] [This word was Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, fix such opening and closing hours for different restaurants or eating houses or for different areas, as it thinks proper.
