Section 19 in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
19. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(a)The Governing Body;(b)The Board of Management;(c)The Academic Council; and(d)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
