126. Power to direct sale of securities in which any surplus of the revenue account is invested. - If, any time after any surplus referred to in section 125, sub-section (2), has been invested, the [State Government] is satisfied that the investment is not needed for the service of any loan referred to in that sub-section, it may direct the sale of the securities held under the investment.
