Section 34A in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
34A. [ Committees. [Inserted by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 19 of 2018, dated 6.10.2018.]
- The Council may, from time to time, appoint from amongst its members such number of committees for the efficient discharge of its duties/functions as may be necessary and may also appoint any professional, technocrat or academician of high repute to assist any such Committee on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by it subject to the regulations made in this behalf.]
