22. Power of the Board to delegate its power to an officer of the Board.
-The Board may by order direct that any power conferred or duly imposed on it under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, be exercised and performed also by any officer of the Board, as specified in the order.
