Section 136(b) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(b)A contractor shall not be given a verbal promise of being allowed higher rates than those agreed upon in consideration of peculiar or unforseen circumstances. If in any case higher rates are considered necessary, specific orders of the Board shall be obtained.
