(3)If the plaintiff fails to comply with the direction of the Court under sub-section (2) within the period specified by it, the suit or proceeding, as the case may be, shall stand dismissed and every claim contained therein shall be deemed for all purposes and all occasions, to have been discharged as against the debtor :Provided that if the plaintiff files a statement of claim within a further period of thirty days from the date of the expiry of the period specified in the direction issued under sub-section (2) and satisfies the Court that he was for good and sufficient cause unable to submit the same within the period specified in the order, the Court may, on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit revive the claim.
