Section 41(2)(vii) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971

(vii)The grantee shall construct the structure after leaving such distance from the roads in non-urban areas as the Collector may from time to time prescribe, regard being had to the locality and situation of the land in such non-urban area;
