BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MV MURALIDARAN 16.05.2022 Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the Respondent No.1.
[2] Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel for Respondent No.1 submitted that he has completed the examination of the witnesses on the side of the Respondent No.1 and he has filed a Misc.Case in MC(EP) No.6 of 2022 seeking to call the Official Witness by namely Smt. H. Roshita Devi, the Returning Officer, 2-Outer Manipur (ST) Parliamentary Constituency of the 17th Lok Sabha Election, 2019. Therefore, the Misc.Application in MC(EP) No.6 of 2022 may be listed along with this election petition on 17.05.2022 (tomorrow).
[3] Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the election petitioner also agreed for the same.
[4] Therefore, Registry is directed to post this matter along with the Misc.Case in MC(EP) No.6 of 2022 tomorrow, i.e., on 17.05.2022.
