Section 14(3)(b) in Himalayiya University Act, 2019

(b)On the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any order, minutes or decision taken by any authority or University is not in conformity with the Act, Statues or Rules, Regulation ordinance he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the University and the directions so issued shall be complied with by all concerned office bearers.
