Section 2(1)(j) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008

(j)"offer document" means [a prospectus or a shelf prospectus] [Substituted 'prospectus' by Notification No. LAD-NRO/GN/2013-14/43/207, dated 31.1.2014, (w.e.f. 6.6.2008).] and includes any such document or advertisement whereby the subscription to debt securities are invited by the issuer from public ;
