Section 5(2) in The Rajasthan Universities Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Lecturers) Act, 1979
(2)A temporary lecturer who was considered for substantive appointment by the Screening Committee referred to in section 4, but was not found suitable shall be again considered by the Screening Committee reconstituted in the same manner as it provided in that section.
