Section 17 in The Jammu and Kashmir Energy Conversation Act, 2011
17. Grants and loans by Government.
- The Government may, after due appropriation made by State Legislature by law in this behalf, make to the Bureau grants and loans of such sums or money as the Government may consider necessary.
