Section 10(1) in The M.P. Kashtha Chiran (Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 1984
(1)On and from the appointed day and notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment relating to electricity for the time being in force, no electric energy shall be consumed and no electric connection shall be installed for the purpose of a saw mill or continued for that purpose unless such saw mill is duly licensed or deemed to be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this Act and such electric connection shall be continued so long as the saw mill operates under a valid licence granted or deemed to be granted under this Act.
