Section 206(2) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(2)Temperature inside the blast holes shall be measured, before filling with water, and if the temperature exceeds 80°C in any hole, such hole shall not be charged and records of measurement of temperature in each hole shall be maintained in a bound paged boots.
