Section 20 in The Gujarat Agricultural Credit (Provision of Facilities) Act, 1979
20. Recovery of money awarded.
- The provisions of section 157 of the Co-operative Societies Act shall so far as may be, apply to the recovery of any amount found due to a bank under section 19 as if such amount were a sum due to the Government.
