CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3601 OF 2023
ORDER:
Accused No.8 in C.C.No. 06 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Special Judge to Trail the cases under APPDFE Act- Cum-Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District has filed the present bail application U/s. 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C seeking to release him on regular bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel-Cum-Special Public Prosecutor, CID has produced a copy of order, dated 27.05.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.309 of 2023 in C.C.No.06 of 2021 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District which shows that the petitioner was already enlarged on bail.
3. In that view of the matter, since the petitioner was already granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, no orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
