When this case was earlier listed on 02.01.2025, considering that earlier also adjournment was granted and on that day nobody appeared, one last opportunity to argue the case was granted with the clear stipulation that if no appearance is made on the next date of hearing, the appeal may be dismissed for want of prosecution.
4. Today also, when the case is called up, no one appears for the appellant, therefore, we are constrained to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
