State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 10(2)(i) in The Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958

(i)The employer of an establishment shall in the prescribed form intimate to the prescribed authority the [the working hours, the day in a week referred to in clause (b) of section 11] [Substituted for the words 'working hours' by Punjab Act No. 1 of 1964, section 8.], and the period of interval of the employed persons within fifteen days of the date of registration of the establishment.
