Section 2(1)(t) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013

(t)"probation officer" means an officer appointed by the Government as a Probation Officer under the Jammu and Kashmir Probation of Offenders Act, 1966 (XXXVII of 1966) ;
