44. Appointment of first Chairman and other members of Advisory Council.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 17, the State Government shall appoint the first Chairman and other members of the Advisory Council for a period of three years, on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit, who shall exercise all the powers and discharge all the functions of the Advisory Council.
