- Any association declared to be unlawful may, if it so chooses, send a representation to the Government within fifteen days from the date of publication of the notification or the date of receipt or affixture thereof in the manner specified in section 3, whichever is later, and such representation shall be placed before the Advisory Board for its consideration. The association may if it so desires request for a personal hearing before the Advisory Board.
