Section 13(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(2)For the purposes of above sub-rule the presence of SJPU Social Worker or a person trusted by the juvenile shall be mandatory and their signatures shall be obtained on all the documents prepare by the Investigating Officer during the processes.
