Section 7(4) in The Jammu and Kashmir Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1999 (1942 A.D.)
(4)[ The Registrar on being satisfied that the amendment is not in contravention of the provisions of this Act, shall register the amendment and shall provide a copy of registered amendment to the cooperative:Provided that such action shall not preclude the Registrar from challenging the legal validity of the amendment before the Court, after giving the cooperative a fair opportunity to reconsider the amendment.] [Substituted by Governor Act No. 52 of 2018, dated 16.12.2018.]
