                          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                             O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the relevant material.

Prima facie, we are of the view that the appellants are guilty of civil as well as criminal contempt. We do not, however, consider it Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by NEETU KHAJURIA Date: 2016.11.17 appropriate to proceed any further because if 17:31:52 IST Reason: contempt has been committed, the punishment in question seems to be inadequate and inappropriate 2 to maintain the dignity and majesty of the Court. We, therefore, issue notice to the appellants to show cause as to why if the above prima facie finding is to be made absolute, a higher punishment, as may be considered appropriate, should not be imposed.

Notice be made returnable in four weeks.
