335. Deputation of Government servants.
- Subject to the provisions of Section 82 where any Government servant is deputed to the service of the Council, the terms and conditions of deputation of such servant shall be determined by the State Government in consultation with the Council and the terms and conditions so determined shall be binding on the Council.
