Section 91(3) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(3)Any juvenile in conflict with law a child shall be given the benefits under sub-rule (1) and it is hereby clarified that such benefits shall be made available not only to those accused who was a child at the time of commission of an offence, but also to those who ceased to be a child during the pendency of any enquiry or trial.
