Section 7(3) in The Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Rules, 1957
(3)Every registered Habitual Offender shall present and produce his 'Identification Roll' for examination/ inspection when required by any Police Officer or Magistrate or any other person authorised in this behalf.
