Section 6(1) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019
(1)Ships carrying explosives shall be allowed only at such of the anchorages or areas notified by the concerned port authorities except in such quantities as may be permitted to be handled inside the port area under the applicable law for the time being in force.
