Section 16(4) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016
(4)The Registrar shall have powers to authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statues or may be required from time to time, by the Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor.
