28. Notice of hours of work.
(1)The notice of hours of work shall be in Form V.(2)It shall be written in English and in a language understood by the majority of workers and shall be displayed at a conspicuous place where the motor transport workers ordinarily call for duty and shall be mentioned in a clean and legible condition:Provided that if the Chief Inspector is of opinion that the duty Schedule or any other record maintained as a part of the routine of the undertaking gives the particulars required under this rule, he may be ordered in writing, direct that the maintenance of such record shall be sufficient compliance .with the provisions of this rule.(3)No change in the notice of hours of work shall be allowed unless three days clear notice is given to the Inspector indicating the contemplated change in the notice of hours of work.
