Facts:
1. The complainant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on 6/8/2008. The complaint is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. The complainant has alleged that the CPIO has not furnished the information asked for. Hence, this complaint before the Commission.
Decision:
3. The CPIO is directed to provide the information asked for within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision, failing which penalty proceedings would be initiated against him u/s 20(1) of the Act.
4. The appellant is advised to approach the concerned CPIO along with a copy of the application for information for ready reference.
5. With these observations, the complaint is thus disposed of.
